Ovarian Cysts Pain – Causes and Treatment

Ovarian cysts pain is caused due to the presence of cysts in the ovaries. There are many reasons for the formation of cysts in the ovaries. Ovarian cysts pain can be due to the presence of functional or normal cysts in the ovaries which can be formed during ovulation or release of eggs. These cysts normally disappear quickly and the ovarian cysts pain caused due to it will also disappear. The size of the ovarian cysts varies from case to case. In certain women they might be of a smaller size while in some they can be of a bigger size.

Ovarian cysts pain can be severely felt in the pelvis or abdomen or belly and can be caused when the cysts rupture inside the ovary or due to the seepage of bleeding in the cyst or due to the twisting action of the ovarian cysts where the blood supply is cut off and so on.

Various kinds of ovarian cysts can lead to ovarian cysts pain they include dermoid cysts, functional cysts, cyst adenoma, multiple ovarian cysts and endometrioma cysts. Even though they might not be eliminated fully, there are more chances of controlling their growth and formation by following a good or quality diet, enhancing the health, stress control and through vigorous exercise.
