Throbbing Ovary Pain

Did you know that most women suffer from ovarian cysts at some point in their lives? Fortunately most of these cysts go away of their own accord and are not life threatening. Complex ovarian cysts, on the other hand, are much less common and as a result need to be taken more seriously.

Complex ovarian cysts differ from other cysts because they contain both solids and liquid. There are three main types and these are:

1.Dermoid Cysts which which are made up from cells that produce human eggs. They are classed as non-differential which means that they have the ability to develop into any tissue in the human body and often contain elements of hair, skin and teeth. They are rarely cancerous but can become large and painful, causing the ovaries to twist, which will give a woman agonising pain.

2 Endometrioma cysts which is where cells from the uterus grow outside of the uterus and have the ability to attach to the ovaries and form a growth

3 Cystadenomas which are formed from ovarian tissue and are filled with watery liquid or mucus. These particular cysts can grow to be very large, 12 inches or more in diameter, and they will causer the ovaries to twist, causing excruciating pain.

The symptoms of complex ovarian cysts are much the same as for other types and include irregular periods, pelvic pain, pressure on the abdomen and a constant dull throbbing at the top of the thighs and buttock area.

Although complex cysts are more serious than others they have the same underlying causes as other cysts and these are hormonal and insulin irregularities. Both of these factors can be dramatically improved by natural treatments and changes in life style and diet.

Imagine every month being free from pelvic pain, abdominal bloating and feelings of nausea. Imagine not feeling so tired and irritable. You don’t have to keep pumping your body full of painkillers and worrying that you don’t have medical insurance. You can take action to ease the discomfort of complex ovarian cysts and permanently remove them and stop them from recurring.

So many women are led to believe that medication or surgery are the only options, but believe me when I tell you that natural treatments can and do work. You no longer have to live with the pain, bloated stomach and feeling of nausea that are all symptoms of an ovarian cyst.
